Though their careers have taken them across the country, Andrew Shantz and Tom Mantione share a deep appreciation for the communities they call home and the relationships they have built through decades of service. Together, they bring more than sixty years of experience helping families, business owners, and executives navigate important financial decisions with confidence.
Beyond their work with clients, both are dedicated to giving back. Andrew and his wife, Andrea, are passionate advocates for expanding access to education and combating food insecurity, and he serves on the Board of Advisors for American University’s School of Public Affairs. Tom and his wife, Tizzie, have spent more than three decades supporting cancer research through the Pan-Mass Challenge. Together, they founded Launching Life’s Leaders, a charity dedicated to the development and education of underserved youth. Tom also remains committed to organizations including Indian River Habitat for Humanity, the Vero Beach Museum of Art, and the Jake Owen Foundation.
