There are so many full-service day spas in Vero Beach, how do you pick just one? Relax. We left no stone unturned and profiled a dozen that all offer, at a minimum, body and facial services by licensed professionals. Our list is by no means all-inclusive, but it highlights the fact that every spa has something unique to offer and that they all have something special in common: their clients wouldn’t unwind anywhere else.
