Many of today’s kids might be surprised to find that they like getting dirty and, with some planning, the whole family can have a fantastic time gardening. Even if you have a small area to use, you’ll still be able to squeeze in some attractive vegetable crops that should keep the kids interested.
The key to successful gardening with kids is to start small and simple and involve the whole family every step of the way so that the children have a stake in a bountiful garden. Before starting any type of garden with the kids, it’s best, for obvious reasons, to halt the use of pesticides on your property.
