What do renowned filmmaker Steven Spielberg and the iconic maven of homemaking Martha Stewart have in common? They share a firm belief that success comes from appreciating the talents of people around you, acknowledging that you wouldn’t be where you are today without them.

Kennedy & Company in Vero Beach; and she, too, attributes her success to those around her. “I really believe the success of this business has come from having such a strong team,” she says. “I do run the business and am very involved but I’m more like the director of a play.”
