Childhood dreams come alive in three “Man Caves.”

There are times when a fellow just needs his own space. Whether a spare bedroom, garage or off-site location it’s a place he can call his very own, a place where he can spend time surrounded by his favorite things while puttering about or repairing what may be broken. Dr. Ray Della Porta, Peter Tyson and John Huryn, champions of the concept, would agree with all of the above.

Wikipedia calls it a Man Cave. Growing in popularity, someone has actually designed an official Man Cave website (www.mancavesite.org) that includes photographs of various caves plus a number of easy-to-fix, mouth-watering recipes like the Turtleburger, a combination of hamburger and hot dogs wrapped in bacon and topped with cheese. Yum.
