Betsy Hanley, President of Torwest Inc.

W. Galen Weston, co-founder of Windsor, named Betsy Hanley as president of Torwest Inc., the developer of Windsor. In addition to her new responsibilities, she will continue in her role as president of Windsor Real Estate Inc. and Orchid Island Real Estate.

Betsy has been the exclusive broker and president of Windsor Real Estate Inc. for the last 17 years and has more than 30 years of experience in the luxury real-estate industry. She began her career as a retail broker at Merrill Lynch before entering into real estate with a focus on high-end residential development and sales. She is recognized as one of Florida’s top producing brokers, selling over $600 million worth of real estate. She is also involved in the arts and cultural community, has served on several nonprofit boards and is a past president of the Junior League of Indian River County.

Windsor is a private residential community spanning 416 acres and is comprised of 350 homesites on the barrier island. Through strategic development and marketing, Windsor’s real-estate values have remained stable, and the community is one of the first in the area to show an upward movement in sales prices.
