November 10: Carter Associates Inc. celebrated 100 years of providing engineering and land-surveying services to Indian River County with an open house. The Carter family has been involved with projects for three generations, and today Marvin Carter, the founder’s grandson, and David Luethje are consultants to the firm, along with principals George Simmons, Patrick Walther and John Blum.
