October 30: The 2nd annual Maitland Farm Preschool Halloween Hustle 5K Run/Walk & Tot Trot brought out 130 participants and raised over $5,400 for the school’s scholarship program, staff benefits and enhancements for the school’s nature playground.
The overall race winner for the second year in a row was Buddy Verderber; Tara McFarlane was the women’s winner. Daniel Campbell won the jogging stroller division, and Tom Tierney won an unexpected award as the 33rd finisher in honor of the school’s 33rd year.
