February 17-20: Tootsies' annual President's Progressive Sale offers four days of fun savings on select shoes, boots, purses and jewelry.
The sale begins with a 40 percent discount on February 17. The savings go up as the weekend continues with 50 percent off February 18. Stop by February 19 for a 60 percent savings or wait until February 20 for a 70 percent discount.
