February 18: Pull out your vintage attire for Heritage Rocks! at the Paris Air hangar at the Vero Beach Airport at 6:30 p.m. Funds generated from the event will assist in preserving the Heritage Center, which is on the National Register of Historic Places.
The event celebrates the many "lives" of the historic building over the past 76 years, including Community Building, Servicemen's Center, Physical Arts Center and Heritage Center, and guests are encouraged to wear attire representing one of the Center's many eras. The evening features a barbecue dinner catered by Bono's, desert by Carnival Confections, dancing to Diddley Squat, a wine toss and silent auction. Event chairman is Robert Votaw.
