Impact 100 of Indian River County President Sue Tompkins
Impact 100 of Indian River County recently named Sue Tompkins as president of the all-women nonprofit organization.
A certified public accountant, Sue earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut, and is Vice President and Wealth Management Advisor for Merrill Lynch. She has been an active leader in many nonprofit organizations including past president of the United Way and the Education Foundation, and has served on the board of directors for the VNA and Hospice Foundation and Dasie Hope Center.
Impact 100 was launched in 2008, and now has almost 350 members who embrace the concept of team philanthropy. Every dollar raised from membership goes directly to charity to fund a sustainable project that will improve the overall welfare of the community.
