New Operations Center For Oculina

Locally owned and managed Oculina Bank celebrated the completion and opening of its new LEED-certified operations center on 24th Avenue in Vero Beach’s enterprise zone.

The bank retrofitted 10,000 square feet of a 20,000-square-foot commercial space to LEED-certified green building standards that is energy efficient and environmentally friendly. The bank plans to lease the remaining space to professionals who want to start new businesses or expand existing businesses. Oculina’s executives, the bookkeeping staff and lending team have relocated from the third floor of the bank’s offices on Highway U.S. 1.

Oculina Bank was originally opened in Fort Pierce in January 2004 by founder and President Jeffrey Maffett.

The bank has eight full-service locations from Sebastian to Palm City.
