Homeless Family Center Top Chef

February 28: Five local chefs battled it out to be Vero’s top chef during the Homeless Family Center event Vero’s Top Chef Challenge at Quail Valley River Club. The competitors included Adrienne Drew of Catering by Adrienne Drew, Jane Faraco of STAX, Michele Hennessey of River Grille, Brian Jones of The Club at Windsor and Andrew Keller of The Club at Pointe West. Guests were served entrees by each chef and voted for the winner, Andrew Keller. Proceeds from the event will help to provide opportunities for homeless families to end homelessness by achieving self-sufficiency through education, living wages and permanent housing.
